Coming from Melbourne Princess Highway

On entering Warrnambool, you will pass Harvey Norman store on your Right, Proceed along Raglan Parade and at the 3rd set of Traffic lights from Harvey Norman. Turn Left. You are now in Banyan Street, continue along Banyan street, you will crossover three roundabouts, past the 3rd roundabout about 100metres on your Left is Number 5.

Coming from Portland/Adelaide Princess Highway

On Entering Warrnambool you will come the first set off traffic lights(There is a hotel on your right) proceed through the traffic lights, you are now on Raglan Parade. Keep driving straight ahead, in a few minutes you will come to the intersection of Liebig St and Raglan Parade on Your right is a McDonalds at the next set off traffic lights turn right. You are now in Banyan St continue along Banyan street, you will crossover three roundabouts, past the 3rd roundabout about 100metres on your Left is Number 5.

Coming from the Hopkins Highway (Mortlake Road)

On entering Warrnambool after a few minutes you will approach a roundabout, proceed through the roundabout and go straight ahead up a slight hill, This is Banyan St. Continue along banyan street, the street veers slightly to the right. You will come to a set of lights proceed straight through the lights. Past the lights continue along Banyan street, you will crossover three roundabouts, past the 3rd roundabout about 100metres on your Left is Number 5.
